About the Role

A university seeks an inspiring and experienced Head Football Coach to lead its American football program for the 2025–2026 season. The team draws players from more than 40 countries, creating an exceptional environment for cultural exchange, leadership development, and competitive excellence.

Like many high school coaches in the United States, coaches also hold other roles on campus—either teaching in their area of expertise or serving as recruiters to identify and attract talented students to the university.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the university’s American football program, including practices, game strategy, and player development.

  • Mentor and guide student-athletes, fostering growth on and off the field.

  • Build a cohesive team culture that values discipline, respect, and international camaraderie.

  • Collaborate with other faculty or staff in teaching or recruitment roles, depending on skills and interests.

  • Represent the football program in the community and internationally.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or international level.

  • Passion for transforming the lives of young men through sport, discipline, and character development.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a multicultural environment.

  • Flexibility to balance coaching with additional responsibilities (teaching or recruiting).

  • “Beautiful feet” — a readiness to go, serve, and bring good news wherever the game takes you.

Compensation
